We have been Established since 2003. We do not have a high street showroom, therefore these savings make us more price competitive. Most of our business is generated by recommendations from our many satisfied customers and also local advertising.
Every year so far we been awarded the Independent Warranty Association Merit Award for customer satisfaction, scoring 95%.
We have fully qualified experienced fitters all with NVQ level 2 in Roofline and Window Installation, which is run by the Birmingham Fenestration College.
Our fitting team provide excellent workmanship, taking pride in what they do. The area is left clean and tidy when the job is finished. All surplus plastics are recycled locally.
There is a full 10 year insurance backed guarantee on all the work carried out, and a 50 year Manufacturers Guarantee on white roofline products.

So pleased with the job Andy and his team did for us. They bent over backwards to accommodate our timescales, turned up when they said they would, did what they said they would (and more), charged us exactly what was agreed and were an absolute pleasure to have about the house. We were having a lot of work done all at the same time, and their willingness to fit in around other jobs being don, accommodate the needs of other tradesmen, and work with the other trades made our lives so much easier. And as for the finished article - high quality, great finish and completely transformed our living space. Brilliant service, brilliant product, brilliant job. Absolutely zero hesitation in recommending (and already have to several friends and family members looking for extensions and/or conversions)

I wanted an extension but couldn't afford one with the traditional roof tiles. Sean gave me a great quote for the building of the extension and a guardian warm roof. I was so pleased as I could also then afford for them to fit my whole house with windows too. Andy, who ran the project, turned up in the snow to fit the roof structure so they would stay on track to complete by Christmas which I was really impressed by. The overall finish is lovely. It looks like a normal extension and is really warm. Brilliant product, brilliant company.

We really wanted a Guardian roof on our 'P' shaped conservatory but struggled to find a reputable supplier until we met Sean from Seris. Professional quote and measuring up. Quickly manufactured. Job started a day late due to snow but was still finished on time. All workers were polite and tidy. Andy kept us updated with the progress as it happened. Very pleased with the end result and would recommend Seris if you are looking at a Guardian warm roof.
