Easy to book via central office. Engineer arrived on time, was very courteous and did a good job fixing my blocked gas cooker burners (and quickly). I guessing my only comment would be paying for an hour, i.e. call out charge, when the job is done in twelve minutes is rather expensive but having said this, it seems pretty standard for gas engineers in London and I knew this in advance. So no complaints.

Bathroom refit - leaks

We had a complete refit of our bathroom managed and completed by Service Team. The initial installer worked hard and was pleasant but his work quality was poor and we had a major leak to our downstairs neighbours. In addition to this we have had more minor leaks from our shower which have continued for a number of months. In our view the overall finish is substandard and not to the level expected. Service Team management and team has been professional and tried to rectify the situation, revisiting site a number of times. After 4 months the leaks have stopped but our impression of the finish quality is still that it is poor. And only 4 months on from the finish of the project you can see tarnishing. Our overall view is that the quality of workmanship was poor, and therefore the value for money. I advise looking for another supplier.
