Very good punctual service from booking to completion. Price agreed from photos service team handled getting the necessary parts. David the technician was friendly and courteous and removed his shoes on entering. He was done inside 30 minutes including allowing me to test the shower. The job was done easily and quickly I thought I might have paid less than original estimate. Sure I would have had to pay more if the other way round?

The boiler service engineer did the job perfectly and went the extra mile. As well as the minimum service: He diagnosed a inadequate pressure problem and showed me how to compensate for it in future (by turning a valve). He found a source of low pressure (a leaky connection to a radiator) and tightened it. He cleaned a filter, carefully prising open and replacing a pipework casing to get at a valve (which could have necessitated him returning with a handyman at huge expense) Reconnected the ch system to the router He was also on time, courteous and helpful. I would recommend this trader

In the end it was a simple electrical job taking 15 minutes. It was a prompt response when I explained it was for an elderly lady on oxygen machine and I was worried about access to electricity. They gave me peace of mind.

The fault was quickly diagnosed and parts ordered. We had a minor challenge resetting the facing plate to the mixer unit but this was due to how the item was originally installed and this meant another two visits before completion. The service team were excellent and each time had a team member over quickly to resolve. We definitely recommend them and will use again.
