I had an emergency same day visit booked. Engineer arrived within 2 hours of booking. He was very polite, courteous, thorough and took time to explain the problem and resolution. He fixed the issue, explaining options and warranty details in case of a more severe fault. Very pleased with the service and speed and price seemed fair. Would recommend and use again.
