We first used Shaun Annetts Property Service when we moved to Dorset 17 years ago and they re-wired our house. We have used the company many times since for both plumbing and electrical work and Shaun personally saved our Solar Power system from ruin after another plumber made a complete mess of it. Recently Shaun came to our rescue when we had a leak in the roof during the snow in March. The leak appeared late on the Friday night and Shaun had it fixed by midday on the Saturday (despite extremely icy road conditions). All the jobs the firm has undertaken have been of the highest quality and Shaun and his whole team are polite, tidy and extremely helpful, frequently going out of their way to do something extra - whether it is to do with the job in hand or not; they have all been a pleasure to have in the house. Their customer service is extremely good and they always try their best to fit a job in at short notice. If they have to attend an emergency they let you know immediately rather than not turn up, as many will. Shaun himself is always available to offer advice and guidance, and we always feel that we get the best advice and value for money.

Created a new shower room, toilet and sink on landing space in 2nd floor of house. At all times Guy and staff open to suggestions and willing to help engender new ideas. All staff very courteous and helpful. Completed an excellent job now giving us a facility that we should have installed years ago. Pricing competitive and work completed near the estimate.

I have used this firm for many years now and have been impressed by their regular efficiency. Sometimes a emergency other times a planned programme of work, either way they have done an excellent job through a staff helpful workers.

I contacted this company to install security lights at my property. I was very impressed by the initial contact I had with them - I was advised of the timescales and given options. On arrival the two guys who fitted the security light gave me professional advice and more options. They installed the lights I needed very quickly and were very courteous and easy to deal with. I was pleasantly surprised by the bill I received after 2+ hours solid work - highly recommended!

He goes out of his way to ensure that I get the best solution for any work I might want done, and suggests possible alternatives that may be simpler, even if it means he doesn't end up with a lot of work himself. The company recently completed some internal alterations at this house. The results have certainly met and probably exceeded our expectations and the care that they took in tidying up at the end of each day was commendable. It was a pleasure to have their craftsmen around and on the few occasions when we had to go out we had no qualms whatever at leaving them in the house. In addition to the work itself we were impressed with the care and time that the company took in estimating for the job and with the clarity and accuracy of their quotation and invoice.
