We initially spoke to the company in February 2020 about having a new kitchen fitted and they seemed to be professional. We were told that they could start the work on 9th March and that it would take 2 weeks to complete so we contracted them to do the job. The old kitchen was removed and the base units were fitted (but not the fridge that we had ordered) within 2 days. That was just the start of the problems and it went horribly wrong from then!! The worktop company failed to appear and didn't come to measure up until the week after. They were due to make and fit the worktops the week after that but by that time Coronavirus lockdown started and work stopped. We weren't contacted at all by the kitchen company, the fitters just failed to appear at all. Obviously nothing happened then for 3 weeks and during this time we were left with base units and no work tops! but also with a temporary sink that drained into a bucket under the sink.!! It was only after we emailed the company to ask what was happening that we were told that the work tops were going to be fitted in June. To cut a long story short we eventually had 4 sets of drawer fronts and 4 larder cupboard doors before the units were finally complete on July 3rd. We then found out that the extractor unit was not working but the company refused to do anything about it. Mr McVay constantly bleated that the problems were not his fault, which they obviously were.

We were seeking a company with a track record in delivering and installing high quality bathrooms at a sensible price. Terry and his team did not disappoint. From initial consultation and conceptual design, through to the great work carried out by the fitters - Paul and Anthony - the project was handled efficiently and effectively and the end result; a bathroom which could be a showroom to highlight the quality of their work. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sherratt Interiors T/A Creative World, as our experience was the best we've had when inviting tradespeople in to the home to carry out work. In short, I'm a stickler for detail and they did exactly what they said they would do. Highly recommended

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. The quality of materials and the design of the ensuite are brilliant. The fitters are skilled workers and completed a great job. Nothing is too much trouble and they were a pleasure to have in the house. They left the house in clean condition at the end of every day. In the showroom there is a good choice of furniture and fittings. We were given plenty of time to make a choice and when we asked advice it was forthcoming and most helpful. When the design was first suggested we were told the ensuite would feel bigger - we were uncertain about the claim but all doubts now dispelled. Like stepping into Dr.Who's Tardis! All down to a clever design. All done to agreed time and cost.

We recently moved into our new house and wanted to modernise the kitchen and bathroom so we contacted Creative World. Terry's product knowledge is fantastic, he took the time to listen to our requirements and recommended products that would suit us as a family. From seeing the 3D designs and choosing our units and worktops we went ahead. The fitters were very friendly and courteous. They kept us well informed each day of the progress and left our house spotlessly clean. The finished result is superb; the products and fitting all outstanding quality. All in all I am very impressed, everyone at Creative World was and absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Thank you again.

So pleased we chose Creative World to bring our bathroom and en suite into the modern world. Terry was great from the start, from the simple discussion on what we wanted to do, through to the final design and quote, plus his advice on what would suit the space and colour scheme we had in mind. The plans looked good, but the reality was better. Paul, the fitter was absolutely brilliant and kept us in the loop with with his progress and wanted our input into the detail as he went along. The trades he used to do the plastering and electrical work were also good so we felt we were well looked after all round. Thanks also to Classic Carpets and Flooring for the floor!
