Contacted Sidey for a quote for 5 new double-glazed windows. Very impressed by how the call was received initially and the speedy visit of the rep. Ended up "signing on the dotted line" there and then - first impressions do count. The fitters were first-class and worked tirelessly from first thing. They put dust sheets over every carpet and did a good job of tidying up. Aftercare was also very good - and the whole organisation came across as very "joined-up". I'm delighted with my choice - and the end result.

Really impressed with Sidey, from initial quote to final installation. Surveyor really listened to my requirements and installation was exactly what I asked for. Five-day job to fit a mix of double (south-facing) and triple (north facing) glazing to ground floor windows and double glazing to upstairs dormer. Gutters and facings on dormer were also replaced, Fifteen glazing units in total All work was done to a very high standard using high-quality products and exactly on schedule. Would definitely recommend Sidey,

We had a front door fitted and were very pleased with the team who installed it. Their workmanship was great, the look and quality of the door & fittings and we were very pleased how well they cleaned up afterwards. Great job guys. All staff we’ve had contact with were helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. Like others have said, there was no sales pressure, just the information. We visited a few Door Company Showrooms, looking for a replacement front door. This would obviously be a Long Term Investment, so quality, for me, was more important than price. We visited both Edinburgh and Perth Sidey Showrooms, and was really impressed with the quality of products on show, but especially how we were treated by the knowledgeable staff. No Pressure selling, just helpful. Our door was installed last week. Could not be happier. Fitters arrived on time. Very Professional. I was surprised at the swift speed of installation. No mess, spotless. Quality of door is superb. The icing on the cake was that they were no more expensive than other Companies. Win Win

There were several issues with slight scratches on a large number of panes likely created in the factory but Sidey are to be commended for their customer care making 3 further visits to our home to replace all the damaged windows. Despite the setbacks, the quality of the workmanship was high and it was delivered on budget which was competitive and cheaper than several other glazing rivals. Communication was good throughout and when removal of the old windows left unsighlty brickwork they arranged for a painter to remedy. Overall a very satisfied customer.

Good comms from Sidey. Fitters arrived on time to replace a large kitchen window, worked fast and tidied up as they went. They noticed a flaw in the new window so arranged for the glass only to be replaced which happened two weeks later, again the fitter arrived on time. Sidey were on the ball, start to finish, phoning and arranging things so 10 out of 10 for their customer service and care.

Team arrived on site at 0740, and got straight on with the work to fit a back and front door, Patio doors and a very large window. The lads were thoroughly pleasant and got on with their work with no fuss, the place was left tidy and the standard of work and finish was first rate. We are really pleased with the job and the quality of work. There was a small amount of rendering that required to be done and the plasterer was there a few days later and again left the place tidy and clean and done a great job. Our experience throughout has been very good, from the sales team to the installation team. We also found their prices very competitive compared to similar companies.
