Had been dreading the updating of our antiquated central heating system but eventually it had to be done! Selected Simply Heating (Lincoln) Limited from several quotations and were not disappointed. The fitting of a new Worcester Bosch boiler, pump, filter, new pipework and general updating of the system was carried out very professionally and with the minimum amount of fuss and upheaval during one of the coldest periods of this winter. Many, many thanks to Will and Derek for their patience, advice and excellent workmanship. Needless to say that we heartily recommend them.

I cant stress enough how important it is to get the right people to do your heating job ..And these are certainly the guys. We were faced firstly with an oil leak so i called them up for help, Only then, when Will looked at the whole system he pointed out how dangerous it was ..not only was the tank leaking from the valve it couldn't be turned off. The tank was too close to the building right under a window and at the side of a wooden lean to. Once inside he looked at the laughable old potterton boiler which we knew would need replacing. He pointed out that the bend was straight off the boiler which was no good, Then pointed out that there was a massive hole in the flue, bare in mind this boiler is inside the house, no wonder we were getting headaches and feeling off colour, as there was no where for the fumes to go other than all round the house. The hot water cylinder had over heated and popped off all the insulation and the water temp was the same as what was in the radiators and no way of controlling it .. The whole system was a nightmare and all of it had to be ripped out and start again. I cant thank Will and his team enough for being so quick at installing our new central heating system ..minimum of mess ..minimum of stress.. all round very impressed. But the one thing i will always be thankful for, we are alive and well !! which could have been a very different outcome had we not had the oil leak, never under estimate carbon monoxide it is a killer. No need for the rest, this is the best. This is just a thank you for your service today and the phone calls when we needed a heating engineer; we had been left with a boiler that had developed a fault , the other guy that we had from another company left us in the lurch, but when you phoned it was a breath of fresh air. Helped us with a immediate temp solution, called again on a weekend to ask how it was, and arrived on Monday and his professionalism was outstanding. Will and Des did an excellent job on re-routing our gas supply from the front to the rear of the house in order to install a new gas boiler and remove us from oil. The work was complex and there was a lot to do, but the guys did it in the time estimated with minimal disruption to our heating and hot water whilst the work was being undertaken. Great job guys, thank you! I would highly recommend this company as the guys won't disappoint!

Will and his team repiped my house to install a new, bigger capacity boiler. From the initial visit to quote the job, Will was thorough and explained the steps required clearly. The job took two days, which saw them work hard to do the amount of work required. They worked neatly and left the house in a good state on completion, as I was at work both days. Communications were attentive and well explained.
