We have used Skyline several times before so when we needed work doing to help the sale of our house go through we had no hesitation going back to them. Skyline were responsive to our enquiry, gave good advice on what actually needed doing (rather than what a survey report claimed), honoured the 10 year warranty, and sent out friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable staff to inspect then carry out the work. Further advice was never too much trouble to provide when we needed it and it was always provided by the company directors which was really reassuring. Skyline provided before and after photos which was important for our buyer, and they even ensured the scaffolding came down quickly as promised. We will always turn to Skyline first if we ever need roofing or building work again.

Ours was only a very small guttering job but my husband is 73 and I didn't want him climbing up ladders (if we had any). Have found in past that many businesses do not want small jobs so went on Trusted Traders and found Andy who came out and said he would send one of his employees out. He turned up this morning and it was literally a 5 minute job, in horrible weather, but was done professionally and in a lovely, friendly, safe manner. Both Andy and his employee kept their distance for which I am grateful as I am in the extremely vulnerable group. Need a tradesman go to Andy

I approached Andy who was doing a similar job to another house in my street. I explained that I wanted to have my bay roof repaired with something durable, I also had an issue with my gutters at the back. Andy talked me through the options and prepared a quote a few days later. When the work started the team were very professional, friendly and the communication with skyline has been great. I’m very pleased with the work and will happily recommend and use again in the future.

I have to say it is first time when I hire them for a job. Found them here on Which Trusted Traders. Very pleased with the roof repair done by Skyline. I had to wait for a while because of the pandemic, workers had to self isolate... But when they came to fix the roof, was ready in one day. I was given the contact number for Skyline Roofing & Building Ltd by a member of my local residents association. I contacted Andy who came out within 3 hrs to assess what remedial work was need to repair a problem with the roof and clear gutter. Although a slight delay in receiving the quote, the work and costing was agreed. The work was completed a week later. I was happy with work completed by cheerful professional workmen. Contacted Skyline for an Assessment of our roof due to recent weather damage. Prompt response and visit from Andy who did the assessment and emailed a quote for the work. As this was the 3rd time maintenance was needed in recent years we decided it was more cost effective to have the roof replaced. The team arrived as arranged and worked efficiently despite very poor weather always cheerful and friendly. The work was completed in 3 days to a high standard and our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend Andy and his team to anyone needing work done.

Can’t fault this company, from start to finish they’ve been amazing. Had an awfully unprofessional experience with a previous company that completely messed up my roof an made a lot of things worse. Andy and his team were happy to help fix these issues; which has now put my mind at ease knowing my roof is now as it should be. Would definitely use their service again.
