Spilt wax from a red candle all over my lounge carpet. SMS carpet cleaning came round and even though I was told that they couldn’t guarantee a successful removal of the wax, they managed to clean up every drop! Incredible! My carpet now looks brand new. Great service! Highly recommend.

Wow! 5 star service from beginning to end. Booking an appointment was quick and easy- Kelly was really friendly and a joy to deal with. Pete was wonderful - a lovely man and he did a fantastic job on my 14 year old heavily stained carpet. It honestly looks like new! I highly recommend SMS Carpet Cleaning.

I had cleaned the carpet in lounge, stairs and landing and 3 rags. All the stains came out apart from one. The guy try to take it off with some special chemical but unfortunately didn't come off completely.
