A lot of companies promise excellent service and we’re sure you’ve heard it all before. Our business has been built on referrals from satisfied customers, we have over 250 positive reviews on Checkatrade which speaks for itself! We are very familiar with our local community and all of our staff are from the area. All of our engineers are employed and have completed or are currently serving a full apprenticeship. We believe this is the best way to build our business and to ensure the engineers you have in your house complete the work to the highest standard possible, no matter the size of the job.

Our aim is to break the sterotype which surrounds our industry. Making sure we are always honest with our customers and they are constantly kept up to date with progress. We are not the cheapest plumbing company on the market but we are certainly one of the best.

When our boiler blew a year into doing up our new house we were worried. It was a choice of either try to get the cash to pay a reasonably priced local company up front or go with a big company and pay over the odds on credit. Luckily we found these guys. They are the best of both, they offer credit plans and have reasonable local prices. They also have a service plan which is under a tenner a month and includes an annual service and any work on the boiler, so we have peace of mind too. The guys are friendly, quick to respond, and they set aside time for a longer install then expected because of complexities in our system. Really recommend them.

We had a relatively small job to reduce the length of a gas supply pipe that was used for an old fire. Southern Energy Solutions gave us a fair price and extremely quick turn around. The gas engineer was on time, friendly and trustworthy. No complaints and would highly recommend.

What an excellent and professional job Sam and Ellis from SES made of our radiator replacement today. The job was not without its technical "difficulties" but they overcame these without any apparent hitches and the new radiators they installed look stunning. The rooms are now beautifully warm and we are more than happy with the service. Throughout the job they were extremely good at communicating and, on completion, they tidied up beautifully, and removed all the debris/dead radiators/packaging etc. The project was completed on time and on budget. I have to say we are more than happy with the work and will definitely use them again in the future.

Our heating and hot water failed just as the weather turned cold this month. SES responded quickly and sent an engineer within 3 hours. He was on time, polite and friendly and was extremely thorough in checking all possible reasons for the problem. He suggested a solution and arranged with his office to facilitate this. We have been charged exactly what was quoted.

We needed to have our boiler replaced and got five quotes. Zak was the first to reply and from the start very friendly and answering all our questions. After having met with several companies, we decided to go with SES because they offered best value for money, seemed to know what they're talking about and offered 12 months 0% interest finance. Carl did a great job and is a very nice chap, all is working well - we're happy with our choice!

I wanted a new boiler and was not sure which one would be suitable for my house. I also needed new radiators in our spare bedroom and bathroom. Mr Hurst visited my house after making an appointment, arrived on time and spend a lot of time giving his honest opinion on what needed doing. It was so refreshing to speak to an expert, many other plumbers who we contacted either did not turn up or were uncertain on what to recommend. We asked Southern Energy Solutions to provide a quote, which they did and it was more than competitive. The work was done on time and to budget, the plumber and electrician were polite, neat and tidy and answered all my questions. They left the house spotless. They have also phoned a week after the installation to make sure that all was okay and that I understood the boiler controls. I would not hesitate to use this firm again and have recommended them to my sister who also needs a boiler fitting in her flat.
