I contacted several companies when a mortgage was withdrawn by our purchasers bank because of the Spray Foam in the Attic. From the start there was a great, fast level of communication, the work began a few days later, far quicker than I thought it would be. Part way through the removal, they found a bat in the attic, between the felt and the tiles so stopped work right away (the totally correct thing to do) and waited until the Bat Conservation could send someone out to advise, (the company were commended on doing the right thing) once Natural England gave the go ahead, the removal team were back on site quickly. They patched up all the holes in the felt, which weren't many, All in all this company have made a stressful experience far less stressful. Jon and the team of lads we had on site have done a great job on our property. If anyone else in in the same situation, I highly recommend you look no further than this company, there are cheaper removal companies out there, but read the small print, lots of them do not take responsibility for damage to the felt, let alone fix it like this company do

Dave and Wayne arrived at the stated time, were courteous and respectful of our house etc. taking care to keep disruption to a minimum. The weather was very hot at the time, but they carried on despite their obvious discomfort to complete the removal in two and a half days. The rubbish was taken away the following morning. Being thoroughly disgusted with the company who persuaded me to install the spray foam it was a relief to find an honest and reliable company to have it taken down. Tom and his various colleagues were helpfull industrious,tidy and worked under extremely difficult conditions including extremely hot weather. They tidied up each night and left us with very little tidying up to do. This company from beginning to end were professional,helpfull with their advice,competitive,and could not have been more trustworthy - highly recommended

Absolutely brilliant service from this company, the 2 lads Darren and Wayne really did go above and beyond. Great friendly helpful lads, able to answer and explain any questions I had. They worked extremely hard all days there, everything was keep clean n tidy, on last day even washed door frames incase of dirty marks. Excellent communication with Jon who arranged the work and explained the process very clearly, also no extra costs to original quote. I initially contacted Spray Foam Removals via their website enquiry form, regarding a property in Portsmouth that my brother and I were renovating. I was delighted to get a call back from Harry, within the hour, and an appointment to quote for the work the very next day. Their initial quote was extremely competitive and I had no hesitation in appointing them. The course of the removal was not particularly smooth, with a number of issues coming up, which were no fault of either party. However, Harry was extremely fair and responsive throughout and he sorted everything out to the satisfaction of all parties and very fairly too. I would have no hesitation in using SFR again and would be happy to recommend them to other Which? subscribers.

Form the outset Jon was very helpful and the quote never changed. Jono & Wayne turned up on the first day at 8:30. firstly they taped down dust sheets on all carpets from the front door up to the loft hatch, sheeted off all the affected room where the loft hatch was. They worked quickly and carefully through our loft, into all beams and both walls in the loft. They informed us of any issues in our loft, (which there was none thankfully) and advised us of required loft insulation now the foam was removed for our loft floor. The Lads just on with work every day and we a pleasure to have doing the work. Also cleaned as they went. Ended up with over 100 bags in the garden by the time they finished on day 4, which all were collected early on the following day. Would recommend the use of Spray Foam Removal to all. All paper work required for our home supplied within 48 hours. Very happy with service

From the initial helpful contact though quotation and undertaking removal of sprayfoam insulation from our bungalow roof the whole experience was of a relaxed but professional approach. There was no high pressure selling or requirement for up front deposits. The removal team, Dan, Morgan, Chris and Peter, took great care. sweated away in a hot roof void and were considerate and cheerful. They cleaned up carefully and removed all the insulation in bags which were collected the next day. It's not something we wanted to have to do but are very glad that we chose Spray Foam Removals to do the work. Highly recommended and fully justify their Which Trusted Trader and Checkatrade status.

Jon was quick to respond to my enquiry and extremely helpful in explaining how his company could help to remove the foam insulation we had discovered in my father's loft. He clearly understood my concerns and the urgency of the problem. The work was done promptly, thoroughly and efficiently. The guys who arrived were polite and courteous, and careful to clean up after themselves. They worked extremely hard for 3 days to get the job finished in time. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone faced with the same problem.

Morgan and Dan arrived on time and set to work immediately turning down drinks until they had got work under progress. They worked very hard all day. They arrived next day as scheduled and again cracked on with the work. They didn't stop until they had finished the job. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up so we had nothing to do. We have absolutely no problem in recommending this company and if all their operatives are as good as Morgan and Dan nobody will have any problems in using them.

Jon Sweeney was very helpful when I contacted him and the job was booked in within 2 weeks. Charlie and Callum arrived within the allotted time period, gave me information on their work schedule and started immediately. They were very easy to talk to and were always able to answer my questions. They worked hard and were able to complete the work in less than 2 days and showed me the results of the foam removal, confirming that no roof timbers had been adversely affected and showed where damaged roof felt had been repaired. They ensured that all remains were swept up and left my home very tidy. Excellent service all around.
