Incredibly responsive, We spoke with Jeanette, very reliable always turn up when they say and they take immense pride in their work. Stuck to the quote and always communicated issues and plans to deal with the issue.

Customer service was extremely good, understood the situation and took it upon themselves to fix the issues. I was so scared of going through the process in finding another roofer after some terrible experiences. Very reassuring and was in constant communication. Also introduced further workers that he trusted brought in to get the job completed as quickly as possible. The aftercare was tremendous always calling to check there was no more leaks. Customer was second to none.

They always communicate with me straight away, very very impressed with the level of customer service. We had a problem with the condensation which they helped to rectify and this was not even part of their services! Customer service was outstanding, always available and reliable.

Had a hole in the roof, we had water creeping into the house causing damage to household items, Despite this Justine and his team were very efficient and clean! they constantly kept me updated on the job at hand and I would highly recommend to anyone!

I had a fibreglass flat roof fitted. The work was carried out within 5 days which was an excellent turn around time. The workers where all extremely polite and professional and cleaned up after themselves.I was very pleased with the price that I was given.

A large area of old mortar fillets had crumbled around the leaded valleys during heavy rains, and had blocked guttering and downpipes previously, requiring raking out and replacement on both sides of the apex. I was impressed that this was done using a modern product, roof GRP putty, making it a more or less permanent fix. The traders discussed and demonstrated the new product with us before applying it with great care ensuring none of the old mortar fell down the downpipe. The men were polite and cheerful, coming on time, and ensuring that the site was left completely clear and tidy, and making sure that the fix was smooth and resilient. Top job, will definitely have St Georges again, who are a family business, and am happy to recommend them. They also took before and after photos of the repairs from the roof to show us !
