We urgently needed some minor modifications to our house at short notice, as we were letting it and we live some way away. Stoak came highly recommended, and when we contacted them Luke visited us on a Sunday as it was the only day we could be at the property. The company beat the other quote we received with some ease and Luke's approach was very professional. The work was done to a high standard and on time. But above all it was very easy indeed to communicate with them and there were always happy to keep me in touch with any issues they encountered. Very professional quality of advice and service.

We wanted reassurance/quotation on any building work for our new house. We found Stoak Construction extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond to our request. A site visit was easily arranged and on meeting Luke you immediately had the comfort in the reassurance that you would be dealing with somebody who was extremely professional and reassuring. Instead of the usual "I think you should get this and that, and this and that" done, there was a very honest opinion that all was ok and good for a number of years. We have recently bought our first home and needed some fairly significant building work undertaken at the back of the property. Having never done anything like this before, we were quite nervous but Pete and his team reassured us from the start, unlike some others we contacted. We now have a lovely new kitchen, utility room and bathroom, built to a very high standard. I was present for a lot of the work as I work from home and they were all very polite and considerate. We will definitely use Stoak Construction again for any future work.

We recently had the path and steps to the front of our house paved in Indian Sandstone. At the same time, the flat roof front door canopy was replaced with a modern tiled one with hipped ends. The work by John, ably supported by Brandon, was to a very high standard. John's attention to detail was exceptional. We are very pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending Stoak Construction.
