Having been out and looked at a boiler he installed not working, claimed he would have to come back four days later despite knowing we were stuck without any hot water. Four days pass and he's a no show. No call, no email, no response in any way. Having spent the rest of the week with no hot water and where every single call went straight to voicemail and emails were ignored, I've had to arrange an alternate plumber to deal with the problem I've been left with. All of this from a business which claims the following on the website "we will be at your house within an hour, when necessary. Its that simple"
