Found this local company Subs Plumbing and heating as I had a problem with my Megaflow system draining water when the hot water is heating up. Called them in the morning he explained he was on another customers job and was fully booked for the next two weeks but said he would fit me in that afternoon as it was an emergency. Subs arrived as promised was very helpful checked the system it was evident he knew what he was doing as he confirmed the expansion vessel had failed he talked me through how the system should work and why it had failed I already knew this as I had done my research before buying the system, any way I ordered a new expansion vessel it arrived the next day called Subs he replaced the vessel checked the system over for pressure and to ensure all the valves are okay. I also asked him to service my boiler at the same time which he did, very helpful and knowledgeable also takes time to talk you through and gives you the options based on your budget for the repair, no pressure selling, after he completed the job he cleaned the appliances and the area he was working in and left it as it was before he arrived. I would definitely recommend Subs Plumbing and Heating I found them to be efficient, honest and very helpful and the prices are in my opinion very reasonable. I have given his number to a few friends and they also had a positive experience, one of them has asked him to renew his boiler and water cylinder. Great service with quality workmanship, good prices
