Would highly recommend George and his team. Our original floor was fitted around 10 years ago and was in need of some TLC. General sanding and oiling. George explained the process and the work absolutely met with our expectations. Very little dust (which surprised us!) and the overall result was stunning. We did have a problem with the oil on a few planks that was caused by mismatched planks when the floor was originally laid - these only became apparant a few days after when the oil started to fully cure. George and the team came back and solved the problem as part of the original quote - so we couldn't be happier. Floor looks absolutely stunning now and so much better than before.

I used Sussex Floor Care to sand my wooden floors which they did a fabulous job, I was so pleased with the work they did that I asked them to return to clean my tiled flooring and to sand and re-varnish my kitchen worktops, wow another amazing result from George, Chris and Flynn they look amazing and I am so thrilled with the result. George removed a stain from my fathers living room floor carpet, was very efficient, arrived on time, was very cheerful and chatty upon arrival, wearing suitable PPE following government guidelines when entering the household. He communicated with how he was going to treat the stain in order to remove it. George was extremely helpful, he helped in the moving of furniture in order to get to the stain and we felt completely at ease and comfortable with him being in the house. The work was finished over a two day period and done to a phenomenal standard that the carpet now looks brand new ready for the selling of the house. Would highly recommend his services, a lovely gentleman and would definitely use again for any floor refurbishment or care. Thank you George!

George has done an amazing job with our wood kitchen floor... in fact it looks better than it did on day one!! It has totally transformed the whole room :) Throughout the whole process he has been professional & prompt.

George restored (through sanding and oiling) four wooden floor areas for us over three days. One area (the bathroom) was badly water damaged and the other three (the hallway, utility area and the kitchen) were coated in a thick, dark varnish. George was due to undertake the work shortly after lockdown commenced but, very responsibly, postponed the work until he was able to access the appropriate PPE and sanitiser and devise new ways of disinfecting and incorporating social distancing. He worked very hard over all three days, taking great care to explain what he was doing and check we were happy at each step. His conscientiousness and attention to detail was outstanding. He was also very knowledgeable about all aspects of flooring and we were grateful for his help and advice in deciding upon a finish for the wood. The dust-free sander was exactly that - no mess whatsoever. We are absolutely delighted with the finished results. The floors are, quite literally, transformed. From quote stage to project end, George was entirely professional and reliable. We cannot recommend him highly enough and will definitely use his services again.

Well what can I say. Fantastic service from start to finish. George is highly knowledgeable about his trade. The carpet George cleaned for us was heavily stained with kids putty, slime and general food stains. Now the carpet looks fantastic and is stain free. Thank you again George, will be using you again for sure. I would highly recommend George to anyone who is looking at giving their carpets a new lease of life.

George was very thorough and explained everything that needed doing before he even started. He cleaned the carpets superbly well, they looked like new when he had finished. I can highly recommend him.

George is such a lovely and friendly man, and did a fantastic job on my carpets. Carpets look good as new and really fresh. Great experience from start to finish, we highly recommend George. The sofa and chairs were cleaned very well, he removed marks and stains that we thought were beyond recovery. He was punctual, friendly, very tidy and happy to answer any of our questions. A pleasure to deal with and would definitely use again.
