Tom, the owner of the company contacted us shortly after we contacted Boiler Guide. He visited and made a full inspection of our old boiler and our central heating system. That very evening he sent a quote. We had three other quotes - one cheaper and two more expensive, but we went with Tom because of his quick response, professionalism and seemed to know his stuff. Tom came to replace and re-position the boiler. The flat is in the city centre and is grade 2 listed in a conservation area, which made the job awkward and parking a nightmare. Tom scheduled the job to be completed over 3 days and in spite of those additional constraints the job was completed within time. I've had tradesman work on this flat in the past and it is difficult to get good people at fair rates. Tom's work is the best I've had. The quality and finish of his work is simply first class. He has a tremendous work rate and more than anything he knows exactly what he is doing. His planning, preparation, and ability to solve problems in his stride are remarkable- a professional.
