I undertook a major renovation of a newly purchased house, including significant structural work. All the walls on the ground floor were taken down and new supporting structure put in place, the roof of the back extension was elevated to increase the ceiling height, all rear windows were replaced, a new kitchen and two new bathrooms were installed, plus finishing surface work throughout. The team of builders were brilliant, organised, courteous and helpful. What most impressed me was the support and service Magda and Tomasz provided through the whole project. They were always at the end of the phone and if something did not go to plan, which inevitably happens in a project of this scale, they were incredibly pragmatic and solutions oriented. I am very happy with the work, the house looks great and the work was delivered with quality and on budget. Were I ever to do a build again, I would call Magda straight away.

We used TM Property Services to turn a three-bed semi into a five-bed semi over an eight-month period, including a two-storey side extension, ground floor rear extension, a loft conversion, and substantial refurbishment to the original parts of the house. We were very happy with every aspect of their work. The quote was detailed and competitive and the cost only changed where we changed our minds about what we wanted. The team turned up on time every day and worked very hard. The quality of fit and finish was good throughout and they obviously took pride in what they were doing. Their skills encompassed every aspect of construction, including plumbing, electrical, plasterwork and carpentry. They helped point us towards some good suppliers and materials choices, kept the project on schedule and managed it well throughout, and returned as promised to sort out the snagging. They weren't quite perfect - but they were so close that they still get top marks from us. Nearly three years on, we remain very happy we chose them for our project and would not hesitate to use TM Property Services again.
