Explained exactly what they were doing and the issue that caused the problem. The job took longer than initially expected as it is an old building with complicated wiring set up. But they were committed to resolving the issue for us. Very professional and considerate. Would recommend.

Tonin went over and above our hopes and expectations after we had a number of failed lights and a broken oven. He was very personable, genuine and helpful. He did a thorough job, not just fixing the lights and fitting a new oven but he patiently identified and corrected some quite horrifying, hidden issues that we unknowingly had been left with by a previous, slap-dash electrician, who had rewired our house to a very poor standard. We are very happy with the high quality work that Tonin carried out at a fair price. Many thanks!

I asked Tonin if he could move the electric cooker switch further from the cooker to comply with latest guidelines on where it should be sited, and if possible if he could do this within a two week period so that a replacement cooker could be fitted, complying with the latest guidance. He assessed the existing wiring to the cooker switch and how it could best be extended to a new switch sufficiently away from the cooker. He went out of his way to fit my job in while engaged in a larger job elsewhere. Throughout, Tonin wanted to do the best for his customer, explaining what he would do and meticulously following best electrical practice. And at a reasonable fee. I recommend him.

We'd started to notice an electrical tingle from the fittings in our shower, so we needed someone to track down the fault and repair it or work around it on a very tight budget. Tonin has been incredibly helpful and trustworthy; we had major issues with an installation of phase 3 and he helped guide UKPN and came in his own time out of hours to help get the work completed; he even finished his holiday early in order to get the work on track.
