Tap Into Plumbers

Fantastic service once again from Oz. He came over at short notice to repair a broken sink and service our boiler. He is always friendly and cheerful and explains what needs to be done clearly. I highly recommend Oz.

Oz was quick to come out an analyse our boiler/water tank situation after we had been told it was unsafe and needed replacing. From that first encounter, he was very professional and indicated where previous work was inadequate, which was reassuring. On the initial visit he went through in great detail what would need doing and put together a good quote for the works. He and his colleague made time to do the work on a Sunday which was appreciated. Communication around any questions on the quote and pre visit were quickly handled which is appreciated. On the day, Oz and his colleague turned up on time and got on with the work with minimal fuss and interruption and completed the installation in a competent and tidy manner. Of particular importance to me, they both spent considerable time figuring out an issue with how the current boiler / water controller was wired in that had been causing issues previously (it had stumped 2/3 different plumbers previously). All in all, a very positive experience and would recommend to others and use for any other works we need doing.

Oz arrived on time at the agreed date to replace the toilet flushing mechanism. I have been using Oz for some years now and can be assured that the job would be well done. Friendly, quick and clean to the usual high standard and to the price quoted.

Oz arrived early. He diagnosed the plumbing problem immediately (there was a horrible screeching noise coming from our pipes whenever we turned the sink taps on (in the family bathroom). Oz was professional, knowledgeable, diligent & so personable. He replaced the taps and also the pipes underneath our sink. He was fast and so neat & tidy! Definitely use Oz again!!

Have been using Ozan for several years now on a variety of plumbing jobs:- Bath taps, bathroom sink taps (twice), shower unit change, work on the upstairs water supply which runs through our flat and was leaking from what a previous plumber had installed, toilet seat change. Ozan has also been included on our local residents recommendations listings, where around a dozen or so residents share information amongst ourselves. His wife Lisa is prompt with email returns and inputs very effectively, even to the level of ensuring she kept us up to date on his arrival time yesterday when he got caught up with a problem on his previous job. Yesterday, during his visit, we had him assess what problems he might have with the change out of the kitchen sink taps, as the access is so very difficult. He gave us the choice of 3 options which we are to consider in our own time.

So pleased as ever with the work. Always takes his time to make sure things are sorted, works quickly, really efficient, job done to a high standard and friendly and good value too.

I had a leaking waste pipe from my toilet. I contacted Tap Into Plumbers & they rearranged their schedule to check on it the same day to ensure I was OK to keeping using it while they ordered the required parts. Oz returned on the booked date & completed the work quickly & tidily, even fitting a new toilet seat for me at my request. He & Lisa were helpful & friendly throughout, and the price was very reasonablable. Would definitely use them again & have no hesitation in recommending.

We had a leak in our toilet and Oz visited and identified a cracked cistern. He offered several options for replacement and completed the work on time at the agreed price. Very helpful and friendly to deal with.

Excellent Service and good price for work done. Really pleased. Oz was prompt. Work was completed quickly and efficiently. Very tidy and went the extra mile (adjusted boiler cupboard) and did checks. Would use again and recommend to friends/family.
