My first time using TVC Removals and I couldn't be happier. A fantastic service from start to finish. I was kept in the loop the whole time. Prompt, professional and on time to the minute. Great team, we're polite and helpful. Made our move less stressful. Would highly recommend and will only use TVC from now on. Really competitive prices. Overall AMAZING !!!

I think we may have been a removal company's nightmare. Joel from TVC spent a lot of time with us in advance understanding the job, and was very generous with advice and suggestions. Through no fault of our own vagaries of the conveyancing process meant that our move out was on-again, off-again for several weeks. And it was finally on with very short notice. Only 3/4 of the contents were moving into storage, and of that we had only packed maybe half. Joel and his team found the time to swoop in, pack up the remainder, dismantle large furniture and move our stuff very quickly and in good spirits. I only hope I can give them more notice when the time comes to move our stuff out of storage again.

Kim, Joel and the 2 Michaels were spot on, the move was well planned, carefully done and pleasant. They actually took the stress out of moving day, would recommend using them. Kim even gave us home made jam as part of a really thoughtful moving in gift pack, so kind.

Joel was amazing throughout the whole process, I had regular updates and always opportunities to ask questions, very reassuring that they would be available for the whole day no matter what time we received our keys. On the day they were so friendly, helpful and swift packing up and moving our belongings to the new house, I couldn’t recommend them more! Also such a lovely touch with the gift bag at the end, so thoughtfu!

Joel and the team really helped me out, providing me with a stress free experience which made my move go really well. Starting with the emails and video call to asses my needs, the team was very friendly and helped me review my options around storage, packing and costs. In the run up to the day of the move the team was in touch to ensure we were all ready to go. On the day they turned up on time, ensured all my belongings were packed well and safely and quickly got about packing everything in the vans. They were flexible as I needed some items dropped off in a second location. Communication was great, the team was really friendly and I'd be very relaxed and comfortable about using them again. Highly recommended

Great service from initial contact to the end of the move. The price was competitive. Having the Ikea wardrobe dismantled and reassembled by TVC was a fantastic. They came with protection covers for the furniture including cases for the sofas which prevented any damage. I would highly recommend TVC.

So pleased I picked TVC for my house move. Kim, Joel and the team offered a fantastic service. It was both professional and personal with such attention to detail. Kim was always available on the phone to go though everything leading up to the day. Joel and the boys were brilliant will all our possessions, taking the time to stack everything carefully in the vans and when emptying the other end they didn't rush me into decisions regarding which rooms the boxes went into. They even made sure there was plenty of floor space left for me to set up the beds on the first night in our new house. Also loved the bag of moving-in goodies. I couldn't fault these guys at all and they made what could have been an difficult move of 200 miles into a stress free experience. Thank you so much for being just what I needed at a daunting time for us with such a big move.
