After long-term issues with a Ferroli boiler it finally gave up during the coldest part of January. Luckily Terry was able to respond immediately, he diagnosed the problem and made recommendations that felt genuinely tuned into our needs and without pressure. We did a price comparison and found the quote to be good value. A great job was done (fitment of new combi boiler) and he even took the effort to modify the cupboard it was installed into ensure a good fit and nice external finish. It's never nice to be faced with an unexpected bill like this - but Terry made the best of it. Thanks!

He came, he saw and conquered! I needed a new fill valve fitted to my WC Cistern. He fitted one and added an isolation tap to the water supply pipe, so that any future problems would not require cutting off the supply to my kitchen as well. His price surprised me by its lowness. I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

Terry refurbished two shower rooms including new showers, basins and WCs. One of the WCs was a Saniflo. He also extended the central heating system with additional radiators and installed a new hot water cylinder, including all the new associated pipework. I have employed a number of plumbers over the years and Terry is the best plumber I have worked with. He is friendly, honest, trustworthy, professional, skilled, enthusiastic, intelligent, reliable, hard-working, helpful and delivers a high quality of finished work. I would not hesitate in asking Terry to work for me again.

Terry has completed a big job for me refurbing a flat with new bathroom and central heating system new radiators and all new kitchen plumbing. His work has been to a high standard and for a good price. He came when he said he would listened to my requirements and took time to explain everything offer me different options etc. When the work was going on he tidied up after himself and took away all the rubbish. I never felt pushed to overspend in any way and he was very aware of budget. Big relief and very happy that I found an honest reliable plumber.
