This is the second time we've used Thames Removals to move house, and both times their service has been genuinely flawless. There were no breakages or damage either time. Krystian and Kamil have always been polite and very thoughtful, both personally and in the way that they handled and packed our possessions and planned the move. Having moved house quite a few times in the last decade, I can say that this is the only removal company we would trust if we have to move again.

I booked Krystian and his team to move me from London to Milton Keynes. I am on the extremely clinically vulnerable list and as a result shielding so was very anxious about moving in lockdown. The job required that they remove all my belongings from a 2 bedroom flat and collect some boxes already in storage. I received a very competitive quote from Krystian, which was significantly cheaper than other quotes I’d received, one by as much as 100%. Packing materials were delivered in a timely manner and even additional boxes were delivered when I ran out. On the day Krystian arrived promptly at 8am and commenced removals. The van was packed meticulously and with great care. Upon arrival at my destination, everything was unpacked and repacked into a storage unit while I wait to complete on my new home. Krystian and his team were extremely professional and very helpful with my move and took every precaution in relation to Covid, I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend their services.

I had a big move, around five hours' drive north of London, requiring three Luton van loads. Krystian and his team were outstanding. Clear communication, always polite, not one thing was broken and kept to his word on the price even when the job ended up being bigger than he had calculated. He worked incredibly long hours to get the job done and was unfailingly professional.

The quote was very competitive and stuck to it even though our keys were released very very late in the day, so had to move our belongings in into the evening. Amazing! After our van rental company let us down at the last minute Krystian was a true hero, taking on a job with less than a day’s notice to help a family in despair. He was punctual, professional, courteous, careful, extremely hard working and very well prepared with boxes and packing materials at the ready.
