The Annex (Norfolk) Limited

Our requirements were not particularly straightforward as the kitchen had lime plastered walls over flint and brick that were to say the least not square or flat. We needed not only a good representation of a Victorian kitchen but a company and a group of individuals who could meet this requirement and importantly get the stand alone units to fit seamlessly. The Annex I am delighted to say managed to do all of this and without fuss, and although everyone we dealt with was surely very professional and experienced, it was the convivial and congenial nature they went about the project from planning, making and the fitting that was so special. To say we are overjoyed with the finished result would be true in fact there are probably not enough superlatives to cover our experience with The Annex. In a world where it seems attention to detail, customer service and value for money has been lost Adrian and his wonderful team most definitely have not forgotten these virtues.

I recently received my beautiful island unit. all I can say is it is stunning. I spoke to the guys a few times to get my design as I'd like it to be and they got it exactly as I'd asked for. Everyone has commented on how lovely it is. Thank you all for your great service ,friendliness and above all craftsmanship. Can't recommend them enough .

Adrian designed and crafted the most beautiful galley kitchen for my elderly parents. He took the greatest care to create a space for them which fitted their needs perfectly. The finished product exceeded all our expectations; the quality of his work is of the highest standard, with attention to detail and no short-cuts taken. A bespoke handmade kitchen of this quality and beauty is well worth the investment. Also reasonably priced and delivered on time. Hint: use the kitchen fitters Adrian recommends. We had Gary and Daniel and they were true professionals. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We have been looking in the window of The Annex's showroom for years at their beautiful kitchens, convinced they would have stupidly high prices. Turns out they don't and are in line with other brand names you may have heard of. We have an awkward and narrow terraced house kitchen and they worked with us to get something that was in our budget, fit the space, was the colour we wanted, and was completely unique. One of the great things is that you can pretty much just point at something you like in the showroom or show them a picture and they can do it. The cabinets, worktops and fittings are really high quality. The fitters they use are experts in what they do. Don't waste your time with other companies, do yourself a favour and use The Annex .

I bought a kitchen off them very pleased with how the cabinets were made and painted. All pleased with how they were fitted. A professional and friendly team .

We cannot praise Adrian and Mick highly enough. From the very start Adrian was friendly and efficient and worked with the plans we had. He came up with suggestions and ideas from which colours compliment each other, to finishes, to the sink and door handles. Any questions we had he answered straight away and nothing was too much trouble. The units and worktops are top quality and very sturdy I have no doubt this kitchen will last a lifetime. Mick had his work cut out as our kitchen walls are not level at all but he did an excellent job. It was a pleasure to have Adrian and Mick work in our house they made the whole process stress free and made sure we were completely happy before leaving. We actually missed them when they had finished! Thank you both so much you know who happy we are. I highly recommend you to everyone.

Absolutely thrilled with my new Modern Shaker (is that a thing?) kitchen. (Can’t believe Adrian hasn’t already put it in his gallery. Weird.) When it does go on, it’s the green one with Kashmir Lime granite (from Perfitts - also very nice and professional) and wall-to-wall brand new stainless-steel consumer durables . It was assembled absolutely to time and to quote ( budget just sounds wrong) by Mick and Sam - who worked round all the glitches and snags outside their control very patiently. They have very milky and very sugary coffee and I don’t think they’re very keen on chocolate digestives. Excuse me - I’m just going through to lounge on my work-surfaces

We are thrilled with our bespoke units from The Annex. They have transformed what was a very run down kitchen into something with heart and warmth. Adrian was intuitive of our needs from the beginning and Gary who fitted the kitchen was incredibly conscientious. We could not be happier with the result - we have to pinch ourselves every time we come down in the morning to make breakfast! Thank you to the whole team involved!

We are delighted with our lovely new kitchen from The Annex. The units are sturdy and look even more beautiful than we imagined. Adrian accommodated our needs well and the kitchen was expertly fitted by Mick who was meticulous in his approach - in spite of our wonky walls! We feel that with our Annex kitchen we have got something different from the usual off the shelf designs and it has a timeless quality. We hope to enjoy it for many years to come.
