Ross and his team installed my new stove with minimal disruption to my home, quick and in a very professional manner. They came on time at the time agreed and tidied up after they finished. I would recommend The London Stove Company anytime.

All work was done exactly as it was agreed to time and budget. Ross was available on his phone when I needed him and re-jigged timescales for me when I didn't order tiles to arrive on time for the fitting. The only nervousness was watching him on the roof when he was passing the liner down!

The London Stove Company were asked to install a wood burner in our home. They made all the arrangements for the scaffolding and lining of the chimney - all done efficiently and in one day. The scaffolding was removed the next day. They then installed the stove, punctually and efficiently. Ross and his assistants were professional, efficient and helpful in every way. Ross and London Stove Company were recommended to by a trusted friend to install a wood burning stove at my property. Knowing nothing about the installation of stoves, I was guided through the process by Ross ensuring I had a clear understanding of everything involved. Once agreed the worked was completed to an excellent standard in a timely fashion. The after 'sales' care has also been notable.

We had our Dik Geurts Ivar 5 fitted today by Ross. Couldn’t ask for more. We were a bit stressed as we had new parquet floor laid recently which we’ll be paying for the rest of our lives and we already had a delivery disaster, but we needn’t have been worried. The guys arrived at 9 a.m, covered all floors carefully and everything in the living room so nothing got dusty. They then sorted chimney flue liner, chimney pot, altered the fireplace opening, installed the stove, talked us through everything. They were done by 3 p.m. Another company said three days and £2k more, so we’re really happy. Emails were polite, informative and made you feel like they were happy to help whatever the question. The stove is a dream - we are delighted with the whole experience. It was money well spent on a professional job - price wise of the three quotes we got, they were in the middle. Great work by Ross and his team. The job ended up spanning over the year – because we were so delayed, but Ross was patient and worked with our timelines, and to my many changing requirements. We had the chimney opened up and rendered both for a wood burning stove and a decorative cast iron Victorian fireplace. Ross was helpful at each stage and was on hand to answer lots of questions.
