Sean initially identified the cause of a leak coming downstairs as a leaking cistern, which Charlie then replaced a few days later. Upon further issues they then happily checked their work and ruled out alternative sources of leaks on a couple of follow up visits which was was really helpful. Sean also helped advise on filing the home insurance claim (recent first time buyer!) which I really appreciated. Excellent service throughout and patient in the circumstances too. Reccomended.

Sean is a friendly, welcoming man and clearly knows his stuff. He took time and managed to fit the radiator to a wall that was old and had cracks in the plaster work and he did it so that it was held strongly. I was delighted with the job well done. I will be using him all the time now.

I had a complete refit of a 20 year old bathroom - it was a difficult project as questionable work previously meant my walls and floors were severely water-damaged. Despite the difficulty of the job, Sean and his team came up with a beautiful and robust solution and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Above all else, their craftsmanship is truly exceptional - Sean and Yannis both had a great eye for detail, and they were helpful and patient with my many questions. For all this, I received a very fair price for all the work so would happily recommend them to friends and family.

I asked Sean to fix my shower when it ceased to function - he came at short notice. I was happy with his work, so I engaged him to install a new kitchen tap. Again, I was pleased with the job. Then, a few days later, the installation of my new washing machine had to be aborted because the hot water valve needed to be capped. The installer had just left my flat when I discovered that the valve was leaking water into the kitchen cupboard. I called Sean, who came (again) at short notice, fixed the leak and capped the valve. His work is excellent, and he is friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend him.

Great care was taken installing the bath - building a timber frame and securing the legs. The bath was stable and absolutely level before sealing. The shower screen was fitted perfectly and sealed (the previous fitter had botched the job). The bathroom and hallway were always kept clean.

Sean was a pleasure to deal with thru out, well mannered and very reliable also has the patience of a saint as I know I can go on a bit, however I'm really please my bedroom has an en-suite added to it that looks really great. Very pleased, would definitely recommend
