These guys go the extra mile!
From the initial chemical flush put through the system by Tom, to the old radiator removals (all 11 of them), new pipework and rad installations, plus magnetic filter on the boiler & commissioning by Mike & Ben; the guys could not have been more professional. They were all very personable, immensely tidy and hugely thoughtful. They were a pleasure to have working in the house and we could not recommend them highly enough. Quality work from quality professionals!

Needed to change the taps in bathroom and bath sink. Spoke to them and gave me help to select the correct tap, ordered it day before and came to install next day. All 3 taps are working fine and left the site in tidy condition.

I don't know how many times we have called on Mike, Tom and ben in the last 5 years. I only know that they have never let us down. they have done everything related to plumbing for us from installing a new boiler (today) plumbing our cooker for gas as well as fixing countless leaks and other jobs too nasty to mention here. They always arrive on time, get on with the job in hand and explain how they solved the problem. They don't even complain when we ask them to take off their shoes! I would recommend the Purple Plumbing team to anyone needing a plumber.

I have now used Purple Plumbing 3 times as was so impressed with them. They fitted a new heated towel rail, then replaced bathroom taps and shower, and more recently serviced our boiler. Purple Plumbing service our boiler and central heating system annually. Recently they have fixed a small leak on one radiator and reattached a second radiator safely to the plasterboard wall. Finally they supplied and installed 8 TRV and lock shield valves, draining the system, refilling it with inhibitor and finally running and testing the system. They were quick to respond to the problems. A quote for the further work came quickly, with the followup appointment shortly afterwards. The team provide a friendly, efficient, timely service with no mess. Will continue to use them and recommend them to neighbours.
