Contacted office with my problem of leaking toilet inlet. Not a must be done now problem as leak could be isolated.Very friendly and helpful chat and appointment made and price structure explained. An email quickly followed with time and date and name of the plumber. On the day and at the time stated the tradesman turned up. Ben the plumber assessed the job and immediately got to work to fix it. He was polite and professional and had the job completed in good time even though he was working in a confined space. I was very impressed with the whole experience.

The team at Purple Plumbing really bent over backwards to fit us in when our hot water failed in January. They called in very quickly to investigate the problem and came back the same day after hours To fix it, knowing it would be a relatively quick job to solve our problem. Super friendly on the phone and in person, we’ll definitely use them in the future.

The entire flat needed to be virtually re plumbed. 90% of the pipework was replaced. The water tank was removed and a new combi boiler was installed with new radiators throughout. The men were very helpful and efficient and communicated well. They were very easy to have around!

New boiler installed. The engineer arrived very promptly to replace my boiler before Christmas. Very polite and gave clear explanations throughout. All communications from the company, by phone and email, were very helpful and excellent response times for the quote and appointment. Everything was left clean, tidy and in good order and a follow up appointment has now been made to add inhibitor. The first annual service was included in the quote and the 10 year Worcester Bosch guarantee all sorted. I would definitely recommend Purple Plumbing for reliability and great customer service.

New boiler installed. Excellent service, quick, efficient and tidy job. The job couldn’t be finished in one day, but Tom left me able to get hot water and central heating on one of the coldest nights of the year, for which I was very thankful. When it was all finished, he took the time to explain how it all worked. All the waste was taken away. I will be sure to recommend purple plumbing to any friends and family.

They replaced a very old gas boiler in the garage with a new condensing system boiler, together with a new controller and associated work. The boiler was relocated within the garage at our request and positioned to ease future work we are planning. The work was done on schedule and to a very neat & professional standard. We are happy!

Had some minor vibration occasionally coming from the boiler. I booked a service and possible repair if required. The vibration was not manifesting when the engineer visited. But he explained possible causes and carried out the service. This discovered the likely cause (sediment build up in the condenser), which he cleaned out as best is possible with the one in my model boiler. Engineer was also very friendly to chat to and even gave me some basic advice on my magnetic filtration unit. Problem is resolved and will be very happy to use them again for our service next year.

Local Firm. reported faulty tap at 9.30am. Visit to ascertain correction needed which was a new set of basin taps. Advised by phone of cost within 1 hour. Return visit to fit taps bathroom left clean and tidy old tap fittings removed. Job completed by 12.30pm.
