Barrie Friend was my initial point of contact, he was really thorough in explaining the options. We agreed the solution, and I paid the deposit. They applied for the permission to install which took quite a bit longer than expected. I would have liked a weekly status update, but when I contacted them they were helpful and had the information. Barrie was always very responsive via WhatsApp. By the time we had the approval , I was advised that we could not use the components agreed as they were no longer available, we discussed the options and I went with the advised equipment/manufacturer(SigEnergy) It was agreed that we would have a pre inspection visit to work through the detail of where the components would be sited etc. Unfortunately this did not happen, I think the guy who was due to visit was ill. On installation day, the guys arrived on time and were very polite and professional. It became clear that the panel configuration planned would not fit, in fact, we had to agree that 2 x panel would not fit, this obviously changed the system characteristics as we were 880W down on the total output, which was disappointing. The installers were great, but, they had not installed this type or brand of equipment before. The guys were superb, they installed what they could, but left the final connection and commissioning until a few days later to give them time to research better and speak to the manufacturer. I was really happy with this.Overall very satisfied, could easily be A+

I would like to name Jeremy as the go to guy for knowledge on these products and the apps for running them, he is absolutely clued up and can help you understand how to operate everything effectively and efficiently. I love Solax for quality and the service at renewable energy was very helpful and efficient. The quality of the work was also good, especially for young lads. My favourite guy for knowledge and for explaining is definitely Jeremy Cobb though. Thanks Jeremy for your help 🥇💯🥰

I have been extremely pleased with my solar installation. I was advised by the TREC associate and given all of the options in my budget. I had done a fair amount of research before hand so was vaguely familiar with what I wanted to achieve. I was very pleasantly surprised with what I was able to have installed as TREC was very competitive against other quotes. All of the calculated outputs have been met or exceeded and my combined bills have fallen from £390 a month down to less than £125 averaged over the year. There were one or two teething problems but these were solved by the technical engineers with over the air software updates. TREC has been at the end of the phone to answer all of my newbie questions and the ones they couldn’t answer right away were answered as soon as they got the info

From the first contact with Sean Fuller, I knew this company was the right choice. I was given many tech options and each one was as explained. Sean informed me that their fitters were the best and he wasn’t wrong! Connor and his team did an amazing job of the install. Discussing options for the kit, keeping me informed and a demo at the end. I can rate the company and installers highly enough!

They installed 7 solar panels and a battery in 1 day, the installers we all polite and worked hard. Unfortunately 1 part that was delivered was not the right one, it took another week before the right part was delivered and one of the installers came back to fit it and set up the system. Since then it has been working perfectly.
