As we had had previous excellent experience with the Window Shop we contacted them straight away when one window in another house which we rent out needed replacing. At a difficult time like this there was a little delay from the suppliers but admin staff at Window Shop kept us updated all the way. A date was set and kept to and the tenant was just as impressed by the workmen as we had been. They worked efficiently, they were courteous and answered any questions the tenant had and they left the work space clean and tidy. We couldn't have asked for a better service.

We decided to approach a few local companies for our windows we wanted replacing and Jackie was brilliant from the start! She helped us pick what we needed and got us a quote sent out beating all others we had already received. Work was done to a high standard by 2 workmen who worked hard and made sure they cleaned up after themselves in each room. We had 6 windows replaced in total and are really happy with the service we received from start to finish and would definitely recommend The Window Shop to anyone looking for new windows an doors

On meeting Jackie she knew exactly what I needed without the usual double glazing sales pitch. The price was competitive for what turned out to be a really good conservatory. The two fitters were cheerful and polite at all times leaving the site clean and tidy. The detail to finish being as good as it gets. The whole project went smoothly and was carried out on time. Definitely highly recommended.

We were converting a small terraced stone cottage back to residential, and needed a composite front door and two windows. The requirements were more complex than usual, as it needed to provide fire escape upstairs plus protection from falling, and the door was much smaller than a usual one, which meant it needed cutting down. Jackie was brilliant in advising us, making sure we hadn't missed anything, and suggesting alternatives that would work better. The fitters were very friendly, explaining what they'd done, and they quality of both the product and the installation is absolutely brilliant. We will use them again, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

When we had to have the windows in our Victorian terraced house replaced we contacted 5 different companies including Window Shop. Two did not even bother to visit, just sent a quote, the others visited but we felt that two of them (national companies) would have provided (probably) a professional service but with little consideration for our wishes. Only Window Shop stood out. Jackie Brown visited, listened to what was important to us, made suggestions from her professional point of view, but did not interfere when we couldn't agree on certain aspects. She even did further research to give us what we wanted (sash horns to blend in with the overall look of the house) so we ordered 11 windows and 2 outside doors. To keep the upheaval in the house to a minimum we had this done in 4 stages between 5/17 and 12/18. Jackie advised on how to organise the work and it turned out to be best. The work was carried out by two workmen who did an excellent job. They worked efficiently being mindful of our property, creating as little dust and mess as possible and always clearing up after themselves. They worked to the schedule as agreed and were friendly and helpful throughout. We couldn't have asked for better. When there was a small problem caused by the supplier this was rectified as soon as possible by Window Shop. There remain 2 original sash windows in the house and once they come to the end of their lives we shall certainly have them replaced by Window Shop. Excellent company!

Brilliant people, brilliant service, and an excellent product. We have used the company before and did not hesitate to go straight to them again. Just excellent all round. If you are in the area, don't go anywhere else!
