Our Toshiba multi-split air conditioning system became unserviceable at the height of the summer heat during August 2020. Attempts to get a a manufacturers agent to visit proved futile. I was quoted a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks. I contacted Thermalair who arranged for a visit within 2 days. The engineer arrived at the time agreed. His appearance was very presentable, donning a face mask and shoe covers as he entered the premises. He requested that we maintain a Covid safe distance. The engineer commenced removing covers and panels on the unit without any hesitation. He clearly demonstrated his skill level and within a few minutes had diagnosed the problem. New parts were produced from his van and the repair completed. When I received the invoice a few days later I was pleasantly surprised. The call-out charge was significantly less than I had been quoted by other a/c engineers. I checked the parts on-line and found I had been charged slightly less. Great result! My initial contact with the Themalair Ltd office was also very good. My call was answered promptly and correctly by a lady who spoke clearly (I am a bit hard of hearing). I was offered a visit two days later. The a/c system has worked as required ever since the repair was completed. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Thermalair Ltd
