I found Dmitry and his team on Which? Trusted Traders and asked him to quote for a variety of works. He undertook a large project for us - sorting out damp in a kitchen, repainting, repairing and repainting all the sash windows in the house and replacing lead flashing on a gulley. He was responsive, he took a lot of time to talk to me about the works and wherever possible was always offering a variety of cost options. He kept me well informed, even though I was away from the site of the works. His team worked quickly and did a good job. I really trusted Dmitry to give me full information and to offer me the fairest price. I will and have continued to use Dmitry whenever something comes up.

I have a Victorian terrace house in East London. There was a leak from the gutters which has rotten the base of the windows and cause damp in the property. Tiger builders have detected a scaffold, replaced all guttering and checked the roof. They have replaced the base of all the windows on the front elevation and they have remedied all the damp. They have then redecorated inside and out. The quality is excellent. The service was excellent. Dmitry has great communication and understands his customers.

This is the second time we have used Tiger Builders. In March last year they re-skimmed all the interior & repainted, added extra plugs, refurbished the front door & installed an outside light. All the work was finished to a very high standard so we had no hesitation hiring them again. The most recent work included repointing the brickwork at the back of the house, almost completely rebuilding a chimney, replacing lead flashing on the roof & repainting windows and mortar surrounds. It took longer than we had hoped but mostly because we had extra work added once the scaffolding was up and we could get on the roof. We were provided with a clear and detailed estimate and all additional work was discussed and agreed. The team were very good at cleaning up and kept the disruption to a minimum where they could. We would have no hesitation using Tiger Builders again and would happily recommend them.

Repair of bathroom leak, including re-fitting shower tray and fix shower mixer. Plastering and painting in lounge. Rebuild of chimney and re-lagging of leaking roof. I find Tiger Builders to be very knowledgeable and professional in their approach to fixing problems and very upfront about costs and timings. I will definitely use again for any future work required.
