Taking extreme pride in their work, with a high attention to detail, I had complete faith in them throughout the whole process. We had around one hundred and forty qm of downstairs tiling that needed doing, and because of a bad experience from another contractor who left a mess and uneven floor with unacceptable tiling, we chose Tile and Mosaic to undertake the job as we were completely impressed with Sam from the initial meeting and knew that we should've spent the extra money from a reputable company like his who knows what they are doing. Sam ensured that the job was carried out properly, floor levelled throughout and tiling finished immaculately. It was money well spent and we now have a downstairs floor which looks beautiful!

The Tile and Mosaic team completed a beautiful bathroom makeover. From fitting the whole suite, tiling, underfloor heating, plastering, painting and electrics. They project managed everything really well and the whole team were very friendly, hardworking and most importantly kept our house clean throughout the project. We are thrilled with our new bathroom!

Picked Tile & Mosaic from recommendations from our tile supplier and web reviews. We were not let down - a very professional service from start to finish. Good communication leads to customer expectation management leads to accurate project specification which in turn leads to a quality job - which is exactly how it went. We had a large kitchen floor re-tiled, with floor leveling in between. Executed perfectly. There were some additional things that needed doing as the job progressed but these were explained and priced as we went along. Would very much recommend.

Very highly recommended! Sam was really helpful in redesigning the bathroom to include a separate shower, then carrying out a total refit of a whole new suite, tiling and flooring. Communication was a joy, very necessary, and Amy in the office was extremely helpful and prompt with everything. The whole of Tile and Mosaic's input in this whole job was excellent. The team is fantastic and very polite. They have delivered a very high quality of work and well worth the money spent.

Sam and his team created two beautiful new bathrooms for me. Sam project managed everything from start to finish, taking so much of the headache out of the whole process. He offered creative ideas which worked really well with my own design; he offered practical solutions as unforeseeable problems arose; stayed in touch with me every step of the way; he knew every detail of the work being done and provided me with schedules of work weekly so I knew what was happening. His eye for detail and pride in the work that he does is a real pleasure. You feel like he won’t rest until you get exactly what you want. The team he works with are also great, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and the wonderful Daniel who patiently and beautifully did the exquisite tiling work with Sam. They are respectful and super hard working, without exception. I am so happy with my bathrooms and would recommend Tile and Mosaic to anyone.
