We used Rosen for the second time this year on a big job--two bathroom renovations, a cloakroom conversion, and floor tiling with underfloor heating. The work that Rosen and his team carried out has totally transformed my enjoyment of the home. The old bathrooms were damp, impractical, and in desperate need of updating. He stripped everything, tiled, and installed everything meaning that these areas are now my favourite ones in the house: light, modern, and elegant. Along the way we found a leak that had rotted a dry wall, but Rosen was calm and simply got on with replacing the timber. There is a lot to recommend Rosen and his team: they are practical, straightforward, hard-working, fairly-priced, and treat your home as though it is their own. They are happy to take on substantial remodellings and give guidance along the way. I would definitely use again.

Rosen did a great job retiling part of my bathroom wall. It was a tricky job - he had to remove some tiles because water had got behind them, then had to put them back and regrout. When he had finished the result looked great and like new.

Rosen and his team did a brilliant job on my bathroom which involved removing literally everything in my bathroom including a partial wall. Some work was done in my cloakroom too. Rosen did an excellent job refurbishing both our kitchen and bathroom. The tiling work that he did was fantastic. He also fitted a worktop, repaired a kitchen cabinet, completed plumbing works in both the kitchen and the bathroom and repaired a rotten window, all to an excellent standard. From start to finish Rosen was a pleasure to work with. He always gave us clear and honest advice. We were really impressed with how he overcame any obstacles without concerning or worrying us. He clearly takes a lot of pride in the quality of his work. The level of communication that he provided was also excellent. He came round promptly to take a look and quote for the various jobs. He continued to advise and answer any queries throughout the works and we have also been impressed with his aftercare. We will definitely be using Rosen and his team again for any future works.

Rosen responded the same day as my telephone request for help. He came round and gave good advice about how to fix the problems we had with old tiling in our walk in shower. He provided a reasonable cost estimate for the work and came round the next day to do the re-tiling and sealing work. We are really pleased with the finished work.

Rosen did a fantastic job on the bathroom wall which had a big hole. He fixed the hole and tiled the wall to match the rest of the wall and fixed all the loose tiles. He was punctual and polite and gave good advice. Would definitely recommend him and use him again.

I have used Rosen for many years now, and he is always first on my list for any repairs or new work, as he has consistently provides high quality work and excellent value. Most recently, Rosen and his co-worker replaced a leaking shower tray which involved taking up tiles, fixing a sturdy base for the tray and then re-tiling, and it looks brilliant. I also had some very old decking that needed replacing, and they did a very professional job replacing it with new Millboard decking.

Getting someone in to carry out work can be stressful but Rosen made the process easy. I would recommend him and his team very highly. Rosen and his team came to install a new bathroom and kitchen at our property in Walthamstow. He is a bathroom magician and installed a wetroom shower in a space where no one else could.
