Tom installed my boiler so his recent visit was for an annual service. He is always very personable and gets on with the job. His work is clean and tidy and I will continue to use his services. Anyone looking for a reliable tradesman would do well to employ Tom.

Tom's quote significantly undercut BG. He clearly explained what the work involved, how long it would take, when we would have hot water, when not and when it would be restored. Seven year warranty included which we paid to extend to ten years. I love my apartment to be clean and tidy and I hate mess. Tom laid down dust proectors to floors, hallway and carpets. He cleared up and took away all the old stuff and left the place clean each day. Tom works hard. Keeps working whilst chatting. No time wasted from minute he arrives to when he leaves. I had put off changing my boiler due to the assumed disruption. Now I am so pleased, plus we have lots more space where the old tank used to be. So pleased with work and results. Highly recommend. Totally trustworthy. Was happy to go out and leave Tom working alone.

Our boiler was badly in need of attention.. Whilst we were getting the original installer to service the boiler every year, it was clear that we were not getting anything like a full service from them. Tom arrived punctually and did a full strip down of the boiler interior, cleaned the burner jets, checked the flue, cleaned the magniclean, replaced the seals and performed series of tests once put back together. Unfortunately the service didn't fix our original problem, but Tom diagnosed that we needed the gas valve replacing which he sourced and fitted restoring the boiler back to A1 performance. Delivering an excellent service and great value for money, be sure we will be using 'Bristol Boiler Installers' again!

Called Tom to address what fix a non-functioning boiler. Tom arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and made the arrangement to get the replacement parts. He returned exactly as promised and made the repairs for the cost agreed. Excellent service and very reliable. Will definitely use again.

Tom fitted a new Combi Boiler for me in December 2017. He initially provided a very competitive quote and subsequently did a very good job. He's a good guy to deal with and very professional. I would totally recommend him.
