Excellent service, fast response to questions raised after installation. We changed the direction the blinds opened during installation and it wasn't a problem at all. One of the opening levers for the blinds broke when the door slammed on it so we ordered a new one and it was replaced with no charge. Have recommended this trader to friends and relatives.

We had a lovely lounge carpet fitted and matching stairs and landing. The carpet is of a very high quality and it transformed our entrance hallway. They were very helpful, showed us lots of different carpets, explained the differences and the various costs and the work was carried out to a very high standard. We were very pleased.

We asked Trinity flooring and Charisma blinds to measure up and give us some ideas for the back windows and doors in our house. We were fed up of near by houses being able to look in at night. Jordan listened to our needs and came up with a fab solution of electric blinds on the windows and fitted blinds for our patio doors. Couldn?t be happier with the finish, communication and customer service has been fab throughout.
