They were very quick to reply to my initial enquiry and Nick (one of the Directors) contacted me personally by phone. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and concerns regarding complying with British Standards ratings etc. As well as installing an intruder alarm, I needed an annual maintenance contract as part of my household insurance, which they do, for a small fee. The whole team were extremely helpful and I feel that they went out of their way to help getting the system installed for me in the shortest possible delay. Joanna and Molly kept me informed of everything before, during and after the installation. Danny who installed the system was an absolute delight and worked very hard. I'm also pleased to say that their price for the alarm and annual maintenance was the most competitive that I'd found. And most importantly, there were no surprise additional costs. I'm very pleased to recommend TFS and I feel confident that my new system is well installed and working well.

I decided to have the house alarm fitted 5 years ago with some trepidation given previous experiences. Choosing Terry's company (based on a recommendation) was the right choice. He sized up what was appropriate to my needs as opposed to his pocket. The installation was relatively simple with the minimum of fuss and mess and any mess being cleaned up at the end. The system has just been serviced and it's been another year of problem free operation and peace of mind. Terry is a great communicator and is rightly proud of his work. He listens to questions about the system and its operations and he explains in language you understand. Nothing is too much trouble. It's a great company with excellent products and customer service.

My Daughter used Trustee Alarms to install a wired system in her home. She said that they were extremely knowledgeable, prompt in replying to any questions and tailored a system alarm that met her needs. Having three quotes from various companies, Trustee Alarms were chosen as they gave a competitive quote and not just selling a maintenance contract like some of the other companies. During the alarm being fitted she said that Terry the man installing it was extremely diligent, tidy and took care to make sure that everything he did she was happy with. Once installed he then took time to go through how to operate the alarm and made sure that the set up was all clear and understood before leaving the premises. The next day she received the Service & Maintenance Agreement for her home insurance as promised. All round I feel this was an excellent customer experience and would recommend Trustee Alarms in the future.
