We are a family run business with over 30 years experience in the roofing trade and have dealt with every kind of roofing issue that we are ever likely to come across. From simple repairs to complete roof renewals, we have worked on everything from garden sheds to listed tenement buildings all over Scotland.

Had guttering and rhones repaired. It wasn’t an urgent job and had a bit of a wait. However, they gave me dates well in advance and carried out the quotation visit and the actual work exactly as discussed. Communication throughout was excellent. The work was well priced and the guys who did it were excellent and very friendly. Thanks Tully Roofing. I would definitely recommend and will use them again should the need arise.

Our tenement block in central Edinburgh had suffered from persistent leaks over a number of years, despite attempts by a series of roofing firms to fix the problems. In late 2022, we took Tully Roofing on to tackle this, and have, nearly a year later, had no further leaks. Tully Roofing were straightforward to deal with, kept us informed at all stages, made extremely thorough assessments of the work needed, and -- it would appear -- very effective at remedying elusive problems. It is a sign of their good reputation that they tend to be booked up and so not available at short notice.

Tully repaired my leaky roof (when other roofers didn't manage to). The service was exceptional and the price very fair. When Mr. Tully came to look at the job he really took the time to listen to me and thought carefully about what the problem might be before talking me through everything. Had a Velux window replaced and a roof vent fitted. The job was not easy and required erecting a scaffold tower in a neighbour's property. Brian was absolutely brilliant. Did a meticulous survey, arranged for the scaffolding company (excellent guys, very considerate), and he did the work on the day promptly, carefully, and with a great attention to detail. Always stressful to commission work on the roof as there are potentially big consequences for botched work. There are few roofers I'd trust. Brian inspired confidence and I was extremely happy with the work done. Highly recommended, and I'd certainly use them again.

They turned up on time, kept us informed of progress and gave advice about any potential future work should it be needed. We were so impressed we immediately asked them to do two other jobs on the outbuilding roof and gutters.

Great company. Honest, friendly tradesmen who didn't try to pull the wool or upsell. Clear descriptions of work needed to solve my problem of damaged harling. Great communication as a family firm with good support for scheduling, organisation and quick patient responses to my many queries. They are busy for a reason. Good value too!
