After many visits and quotes for a new replacement boiler, we chose to go with UK Gas Heating Services because they went an extra mile to assist us. It turned out to be an excellent decision. The engineer arrived on time and promptly set about the work quickly and efficiently. There were a challenges with removing the old flue but the engineer overcame them. We were very happy with both the engineer and his work and also with UK Gas Heating Services and their assistance. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Technician arrived early, a rare phenomenon! He removed the old boiler efficiently and installed the new. The pipework was cleanly done with no mess. He replaced the old inadequate pipework from the gas meter. He had a pleasant manner and gave clear instructions on the functions of the boiler and it's buttons etc. He estimated the time the work would take and kept to time. Two days later we had a problem with a radiator. Someone visited the same day and resolved the problem in a few minutes.

My review is given one year after the work was completed. I am so glad I chose this company after getting multiple quotes from many installers. The whole process from start to finish was fantastic, with advice on choosing the right replacement boiler to the team turning up each day and completing the work. The guys who carried out the work were highly skilled and did an amazing job. We were more than happy with the work they undertook, a very tidy and competent piece of workmanship. The boiler has been faultless since installation a year ago and I look forward to welcoming them back to complete the first annual service.

Just three days after accepting our quote our new boiler was installed and up and running. Our Engineer [Des] arrived on time and worked his socks until he finished the job which was around 8pm. What a lovely bloke and so caring really efficient and skilled. If you too choose UK Heating and are lucky enough to get Des as your fitter you are in safe hands just note he does enjoy strong black coffee.Very tidy worker no mess left behind. - excellent, knowledgeable salesman called Abdul from UK Gas Heating quoted a very good price compared with any others I received. - excellent, cheerful and very helpful representative of UKG called Zena advised by telephone. - two installers arrived on time on the day agreed and worked hard and cheerfully all day with little break; finished at 8pm to complete job within the day instead of the two days forecast. - they did a good job with the pipe-work, making sure it was hidden as far as possible. The only issue was that the late finish in the dark by installers meant that there was a bit of rubble and rubbish left outside the house and the operating instructions were a bit hurried. Abdul visited a second time, however, and spent a bit of time explaining the operating instruction fully. I am pleased with the very reasonable cost, the installation, the quiet running of the boiler and the helpfulness of the UK Gas representatives with whom I had contact. I would highly recommend this company.

My home Boiler broke down in winter time. I was trying to repair it, but it was a big job to remove the old boiler from wall mount. And also expensive parts and labour cost for 9 year old boiler was not worth it. A friend of mine had a new boiler fitted from UK Gas Heating Service Ltd. He introduced me Mr. Abdul who is a representative For UK Gas Heating Service Ltd. He came to my home on time for a heating survey and gave me best solution for better service and in minimum cost with 10 years warranty parts and labour. I had couple of other heating service quotations, but Mr. Abdul’s quotation was lower with batter boiler fitting. He gave me some options for Balance Flue (cover) and filter if necessary to change, if not necessary to change so it will be refund cost. His Boiler fitter was an expert. Mr. Harrprit did the job very well, he did not change Balance Fuel (cover) and not filter because both part was not needed to change. So Mr. Abdul reduced £150 from my total cost of fitted boiler. Mr. Abdul came two times for survey and proper solution. Also proper answer over the phone. I'm very happy with his service. He is a very professional and honest person. I would highly recommend to my friends and family to any heating or boiler problem first to meet Mr. Abdul.
