Very happy with the arrangements to complete the work, that, on completion was excellent. The Installing fitters accommodated a couple of non-standard adjustments to allow electric and water services to exit the store conveniently. The workmen were very friendly and tied-up very well on completion. One very happy customer; prepared to recommend the Company.

We have had 16 windows and our front door replaced by Ultraframe. There was no hard sell, they gave us time to decide and choose our product without us feeling pressured. The schedule and budget that was agreed with us was kept to. We had regular efficient communication from the company and they where always available and accessible to us if we had any questions. Ultraframe provided a very professional approach throughout the whole process, all members of their team are very skilled and exceptional easy to work with. . We had a problem with the bay window but this was resolved efficiently and promptly by the fitters and plasterer worked tirelessly with respect for our home and at the end of each day truly left our home clean tidy and secure. We are so impressed with the work, price and finished product we would HIGHLY recommend this company and have indeed already recommended them to others.
