I have used Urban Electrician for all the electrical work in my new apartment over the last year. They are professional, efficient, and pleasant. Aside from their excellent quality of work, they are extremely helpful, easy to deal with, and above all, honest. They have good work ethics - always arrive on the appointed time and and leave the work area tidy at the end of the day. Often, they would go above and beyond their scope of work if they spot something that did not seem right and that it is within their capability to fix. Their pricing is very competitive as well. I have already recommended them to neighbours and would not hesitate to refer them to anyone who may need electrical work done.

Conrad had been recommended to us by a company that were doing some other works at our house. From the start, he was a nightmare to deal with. Very unresponsive and tough to pin down a date for him to complete the work in our house. We needed a few things done: 1) install double plug socket in our basement gym, 2) pull some cables in our living room to create a new TV point. When we finally managed to get Conrad to agree to a day, he arrived several hours late with no apology. He then did 1/2 the job and said he would return. We had 1 other builder in our house who said the quality of his work was shocking! Thankfully they were able to fix his poor craftsmanship. To top it all off, Conrad invoiced a bill of £1k. This had not been agreed upon before his visit, and had he let us know of this outrageous charge, we would have never used him. We received other quotes that were 1/2 the price for the entire job. He was charging double for an unfinished job. We will not be using Conrad again. And I would encourage anybody reading this to avoid him like the plague.

Replaced a socket box after it got smashed in an accident. He was quick to respond to my appeal for help. I'd not used him before but found him helpful and pleasant. I'd certainly use him again and recommend him to others.

Awesome guy and superb job. Conrad sorted everything for us in our hour of need. Above and beyond. Genuinely great. Highly recommended. Will be booking again.
