I contacted W-Heat as a local Worcester installer after my old Worcester boiler broke down. They were prompt to call out and had a couple of visits to try and repair it unsuccessfully so we decided to have a new boiler fitted. I was pleased with the quote on the new boiler which was fitted quickly and neatly within the week. Communication with the office staff was very good with them keeping me informed when the engineer would be due. The engineers who called were all nice guys. I would use them again and recommend them to others based on my experience and the service I received.

My mother at 93 her boiler failed Christmas eve. W.heat came out they sent an engineer out who said she needed a part but could not get until after Christmas. They came after Christmas to replace the part. That did not work. They then put part after part on which totaled about 6 to 8 visits. The total cost 685 pounds in money. This still did not cure the problem. They then said she needed a new boiler. So we now feel they ripped her off at 93 years old. Why did they not tell her in the first place she needed a new boiler. After contacting them they refused any money back.

Can highly recommend this company. Great customer service and workmanship. We have a service agreement with them and have always been impressed with their quick response if we needed a call out. Always arrived when arranged and text when an engineer is on their way. They are a local company and make you feel a valued customer not just a number.

We had a new boiler fitted to replace our old one (which was 12 years old and had started to be unreliable). W-heat Limited replaced it at a fair price - their customer service is very good, the 2 staff members who did the work were both very professional and courteous (and adhered to all required safety guidelines), and we are very happy with the results.

Have a service contract with W Heat and included is breakdown cover. I had to call the engineer when there was a leak in the boiler itself. Immediately confirmed that a pressure switch was required and was fitted two days later. Prompt service as ever. Could not ask for more.
