When the appointment was scheduled a week or so before, it was for "sometime in the afternoon". As the day approached, I was updated with ever more refined time of arrival and was able to plan accordingly. The technician was efficient, courteous and also gave some useful help to me on the intricacies of my boiler's operation! He spotted a possible issue and talked me through what needed to be done and why - the actual fix was fairly straightforward and no additional cost was levied on the bill. Would definitely use again.

James came to my property to view the job and was very prompt it was easy to discuss the plumbing requirements of the extension project. Once work commenced the team were hard working, punctual and tidy. Despite the inevitable problems an old house threw at the team they sorted the issues without fuss and did a fantastic job to a very high standard. Thank you very much James and Donald.

The work involved the installation of a new boiler, thermostatic radiator valves, upgrading the gas pipework and a Power Flush of the system. James carried out a thorough survey of my existing system and gave good advice on the options available before submitting a detailed quote. He and his team carried out the work efficiently and I was particularly impressed with the neat pipework. From start to finish he was a pleasure to deal with and I am extremely satisfied with the end result. His after sales service has been excellent and I will continue to use him for all future heating and plumbing needs.
