Had a leak in our bay window roof. Builder identified problem very quickly and took a photo to show us the problem. He was very friendly and courteous. He quoted a fair price for the job. He came back quickly and on time to complete the job. Left work area clean and tidy. Very impressed with service.

We had a problem with damp ingress apparently from water hitting our outside front wall, we also needed a modification to guttering at rear. I contacted Weather Point Roofing & Building Ltd because of their excellent Which Trusted Trader reviews and if anything they exceeded expectations! Michael came out the same day to check the gutters and found the blockage. We needed to move a bike storage box to give proper ladder access so he agreed to return the next week to clear the gutters. He thoroughly checked all downpipes, re-fixed them more appropriately, proposed and fitted a simple and effective modification to the rear gutter and also repointed a few spots that needed it. He used a "gutter vacuum" to clear and collect all debris at all heights. There was no mess left at all, and work was carried out carefully and quickly, for a very reasonable price. We will definitely book him in every year from now on for an annual gutter clean, and he will be the first call for any other roofing issues that we have, highly recommended. Plus he is a genuinely lovely guy too!

We had a parapet wall surrounding flat roof areas with a deteriorated coping and a loft condensation problem needing vent tiles to alleviate it in the pitched part of the roof. Michael visited, assessed the issues and made appropriate recommendations, quoted a fair price and completed the work within the timescales agreed efficiently and effectively. I found him pleasant and reliable and would recommend.

This company were recommended by a friend, I can confirm the guy arrived prompt on time, he was a friendly chap, I thought I needed new guttering, but it was just a case of sealing the joints and replacing clips etc, he could easily of said I needed new guttering to earn more money, but he was very honest and was very cheap too compared to others, I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends.
