Annual boiler and gas fire service along with minor repair to gas fire. Accurate and fair pricing, repair was arranged and carried out in a timely manner, again with advance notice of cost. Gas engineer was polite, efficient and worked in a neat and tidy way with no mess. Approx appointment time was provided and met which was very convenient and avoided need to wait in all day. Will book again.

X-Gas work with us to carry out all of our Heating and Gas Safety work across our portfolio of Properties - at times this includes replacement of Gas Boilers and various other appliances. With a large and diverse property portfolio it is essential that we work with companies who are accessible and responsive to our various requirements. X-gas are very easy to work with - providing us with reminders for all of our annual gas safety checks and scheduling them to meet our needs - they also work hard to provide us with quick advice and a fast and responsive service when we need emergency maintenance, repairs and remedial work. Their engineers are very professional in their dealings with our staff team as well as our tenants, and carry out their work in a timely and tidy manner. The customer service processes and systems X-Gas use also work well for us as a business and we receive quotes for work, appointment schedules and invoices electronically on a per property basis which makes it very easy for us to track and manage.

We've had a boiler change, service and maintenance at my 94 year old dads home. Most recent job was in February 2021. No complaints, already recommend to others and also has done work for my son. Bang on with time, very nice.
