We had windows with inbuilt blinds retrofitted at the end of 2021. The job was completed fine and we loved the way the blinds worked. On 5 September, one of the downstairs windows spontaneously shattered whilst we were eating breakfast. It was so loud and sudden it took me a few minutes to figure out what had happened. Having a 10 year warranty on the windows, I thought that it would be a quick replacement from Yeldham Glazing. I called them straight away and sent the required photos and a video. I was told to allow them a day to contact the manufacturer. I didn’t hear anything, no updates, and I chased via email and phone calls, until my husband called the office on the following Tuesday, 12 Sept. We were told the only resolution was to buy a new unit and they would fit it free of charge. He had made up his mind that the damage was caused due to an impact and not spontaneously due to a defect in the glass. He said he would waste petrol to come and examine it. However, if we wanted the broken unit made safe, it would cost £150+VAT. He ended up acting like a child and hung up on my husband. Totally stunned how this man can run a business with that kind of attitude. I would not recommend.

Yeldham Glazing have recently installed a warm tiled roof to our existing conservatory,the transformation is wonderful. We now have a superb room that is comfortable throughout the year. The onsite team lead by Matt were very pleasant and tidy workers,and Phil was quick to answer any questions we had. We would certainly recommend Yeldham Glazing.

We are absolutely thrilled with our bi-fold doors fitted by Yeldham Glazing. Our initial contact with Lucy was subsequently costed and quickly followed up by a home visit from Phil who quickly put the wheels in motion to source the doors and subsequently arrange for installation. Those initial contacts were prompt and efficient with a friendly and welcoming customer service coupled with no pressure to make a decision. The installation by Matt and Max was first class. They were a credit to the company and I was put at ease very early on due to the care taken to ensure the existing doors were removed with no damage and equally, the new bi-folds were installed with the upmost care and attention. That’s what stood out for me; the quality of the doors, the attention to detail to ensure the finished product was first class including the smooth operation of the doors. The care taken to ensure the finished trim and caulking on the frames was exceptional and just as important, the final cleaning of all aspects of the project left me absolutely delighted with my bi-fold door installation from a very professional team. Their friendly manner throughout was exemplary and no question was too difficult - they made time to put me at ease. Phil at Yeldham Glazing discussed all aspects of our project; listening to and incorporating our ideas and requirements while suggesting useful changes to, and options for, the design prior to submitting a detailed quote for the work for the whole project for our approval. All communications with Phil were great throughout the process, with very prompt replies to any queries or change requests from us, and he kept us updated on all aspects of the project throughout. I am so very happy with the work done by Yeldham Glazing Ltd, Phil came round to see what needed to be done and he could see straight away what I wanted, even down to the two cat flaps, as my pusscat is quite tall I asked if there was a large flap I could have, as the one I had in my previous bungalow was just a medium-size and puss just didn`t like going through it anyhow Phil knew exactly what was needed, we talked about what kind of door I wanted to replace the tiny French doors that were already there, and its the best thing I have had done, a lovely half-glazed door with flap, also I asked if it was possible to have the bottom panel in my fully glazed back door replaced with a plain insert, also with another flap, and once again I was not disappointed. BRILLIANT workmanship and brilliant workmen, no mess, real happy, friendly workmen, and so tidy no mess at all and a lovely job done, can't praise them enough thank you so much Yeldham Glazing, very highly recommended.

Completely thrilled with our new door/entrance porch. What an amazing job done, they worked so very hard all day and into the evening to get the job completed. They also left the property clean, tidy and hoovered. I would 100% recommend Yeldham Glazing to anyone who’ll listen!
