Members of EVCC, a consumer code for Electric Vehicle charging installers, can apply to join Which? Trusted Traders and take advantage of a special offer giving them 50% off their membership fees for the first six months.

All applicants will still have to pass our rigorous assessment process and agree to follow our Code of Conduct,  as all of our Trusted Traders do. But those that make the grade will be able to use our endorsement logo, helping them to stand out from their competitors and giving customers confidence when looking for someone to work on their vehicle.

If you’re a EVCC member, apply now to become a Which? Trusted Trader.

Virginia Graham, Chief Executive at REAL, said: “EVCC is delighted to be working with Which? Trusted Traders. EVCC is a scheme that promotes and enforces high standards of consumer protection in the electric vehicle home chargepoint sector. As such we recognise and applaud the commitment that W?TT has to these same high standards. By working in partnership we each reinforce the other and consumers are the winners. Our sister code, RECC, has worked in partnership with W?TT in the small-scale renewables sector since 2016. Not only have both parties benefited hugely from the relationship but so have consumers.”

Poppy Hynam, Which? Trusted Traders Partnership Manager, said: “Which? Trusted Traders is delighted to announce a new partnership with EVCC to help EV installers get more recognition in the market. While EVCC demonstrates to consumers that the business has been approved by the industry consumer code, an endorsement from Which? Trusted Traders helps demonstrate you have been verified by the UK’s no1 consumer organisation. “

If you’re a EVCC member, request a call back from the team or apply now and get 50% off for the first 6 months.
