Zen Internet broadband deals

While Zen Internet doesn't offer as many promotional deals or incentives as some of its rivals, it has a range of packages that include standard, superfast and ultrafast options. Changes to the way landline phone services work in the UK mean that Zen Internet now offers cheaper broadband-only deals for those happy to forgo a landline.

Zen Internet prices tend to remain fairly static and it commits to keeping your price the same for the full length of your contract. This is in contrast to several of the big broadband providers who increase the price of their deals every year, whether you're in your minimum contract period or not.

Zen Internet broadband speeds

Zen Internet offers superfast services with average download speeds of either 35Mbps or 66Mbps.

Zen Internet also offers ultrafast broadband to customers in certain locations – packages with average speeds of 100Mbps, 300Mbps, 500Mbps and 900Mbps are on offer.

Does Zen Internet put up broadband prices every year?

No – unlike other providers, Zen Internet promises to keep your tariff the same for the duration of your broadband contract.

What is the latest Zen broadband router?

Zen Internet supplies the Fritz!Box 7530 router to all new broadband customers who opt for its 35Mbps, 66Mbps, 100Mbps and 300 Mbps fibre packages. Our lab tests found it has great coverage and is good for streaming, but speeds drop off when you're further away. Find out more in our Zen Fritz!Box 7530 review.

Its ultrafast 500Mbps and 900Mpbs deals come with a Fritz!Box 7530 AX Wi-Fi 6 Router.

The router is free but there's a £15 setup fee.

What is Zen EveryRoom?

EveryRoom is an add-on you can include with Zen Internet broadband services. If you sign up, Zen will send you a Fritz!Repeater 3000 wi-fi extender to help improve the signal strength throughout your home.

If you take up EveryRoom, Zen guarantees you'll have wi-fi in every room of your home – as long as it is no larger than 170sq.m (this is double the size of the average UK home). Like most similar services, outbuildings are excluded.

If one extender doesn't do the trick, Zen will send a second one – there's a postage fee, but it won't affect the amount you pay each month.

EveryRoom costs £9 per month plus a £9 postage fee, and you'll need to commit to a 12-month term.
