Homeglaze Home Improvements have demonstrated superb brand advocacy - sharing their use of the Which? Trusted Traders logo with us on social media. Not content with adding the logo to their company vehicles, they also showcased their Which? Trusted Traders endorsement via email signatures, staff ID cards, workwear and showroom banners. They also shared recent jobs with us on Facebook and put together brilliant video animations documenting their customer feedback. All in all, it made them a unanimous winner in the eyes of the judging panel.

Strengthening brand awareness

We caught up with company director Colin Morgan and asked him about how they have embraced the Which? Trusted Traders brand: 'Including the Which Trusted Traders logo on our vehicles and website helps us strengthen our own brand awareness by displaying it alongside our own. The logo is instantly recognisable and we feel it puts our customers at ease. Our customers feel safe in the knowledge that Which? is a household name that they can trust to be on the side of the consumer and give the best advice possible.'

Colin also explains what attracted Homeglaze Home Improvements to Which? Trusted Traders in the first place: 'We joined Which? Trusted Traders as we have always been very aware of how important word of mouth can be. As a company which strives to provide quality products and customer service, it made complete sense to join the scheme. Which? has always been synonymous with quality and a well trusted brand for consumers who want to get clear and impartial advice on products and services. When we set out on the Homeglaze journey 5 years ago, we wanted to do things differently. Which? has given us a platform to show this.'

Striving for excellence with customers

Far from resting on their laurels once endorsed, Colin stressed the continued strive for excellence with their customers: 'To us, being a Which? Trusted trader means there is never a job, a quote or even a phone call where we don't have to be at our best. It helps us maintain the best possible standards we can. We are all too aware how quickly a good reputation can change and we are always looking for ways to improve. We are striving to make a difference in how our industry is perceived and, although nobody's perfect, aim to continue stacking up the positive reviews.'
