We had a long and stressful conveyancing process so we were relieved when the guys from Bristol Van Removals arrived took confidently took control. Nick arrived ahead of time and had a good look around the house to assess what we had packed and what was still assembled. The rest of the vans then arrived and the team were able to start straight away. My partner and I just sat back and watched them remove all our belongings quickly, efficiently and really important to me: carefully. I’m really pernickety about my stuff and I can say that the guys from Bristol Van Removals were far more accurate and careful than I could have been. When we got to our new home, they then quickly but carefully unloaded each box to exactly where we wanted it. Nothing was too much trouble. All the guys were friendly and happy. I’m not saying I’m *fussy*, but I do have certain expectations of a middle-aged lady when it comes to care, communication, and professionalism. This crew met and exceeded them all. They were punctual, careful with our belongings, and impressively efficient given the scale of the move. From fragile items to the dozens of plants I was worried about, everything was handled with care and arrived exactly as it left. Their team worked with good humour and calm competence throughout, which made what could have been a stressful day far smoother than I imagined. Every single person in this team was excellent. The team in the office was unfailingly courteous and helpful, always going the extra mile, moving dates to accommodate us. The packing service was superb (thank you, Jamie), and the moving day team was faultless, with Nick repeatedly going beyond the call of duty. These two days were the bright star in an otherwise tortured conveyancing process, and they set us up happily for our new home.

Friendly yet professional, quick yet patient. If you want to move your stuff, look no further. The easiest, least stressful and most reasonably priced house move I have ever had. I was lucky to have some great lads who shared some advice, disassembled the furniture, moved all the stuff to the van, drove to the place, moved the stuff into the new place, assembled the furniture back and all of that in just a few hours. I almost felt awkward looking at how efficient they were and I did not need to do anything apart from giving them diections regarding where to put the boxes in the new place. Absolute pros. I am very happy with the service and will definitely recommend it to everyone.

We used Bristol van removals for our 4 bed detached move. Because we were held up the usual delays in legals I had to keep changing dates and sending lots of emails! The whole time BVR were amazing and so reassuring. The communication and response time was exceptional. I felt like I was dealing with people who really know what they’re doing and really care. The advice given on the vans I needed and team was excellent and the team on the day were amazing to work with. So efficient, so friendly and careful with all our belongings. No fuss, no hassle all great. It was 32 degrees all day and they were happy to sit and wait for us to receive the new keys. (I did buy them ice creams!) The whole day was totally seamless. I have to admit I was seduced by this company's slick on-line presence but in this case they certainly lived up to their promise.From their very professional initial visit to size up the job through to the move itself my wife and I could not have had better service.We went for the pre-move packing option with two men arriving the day before to protect and categorise all our belongings.Each box was expertly marked to ensure easy retrieval at the destination.On the day itself the crew itself arrived early in the morning determined to squeeze the trip to Plymouth and back into one day.They dealt efficiently and courteously with disgorging our countless possessions into our new home before giving us a cheery wave and heading back to Bristol on time.Worth every penny!
